Service Work Hub does not sell Marvel NFT comics, tokens, or downloads through this website. There is no checkout page and no cart.

What can be invoiced off-site

If you commission a written roundup, event briefing, variant spotlight, crossover recap, or ledger walkthrough by email or telephone, an invoice may be agreed outside this site. The figures on the briefing rates page are informational starting points, not a purchase button.

If a commissioned briefing is not delivered

If we accepted a paid briefing and then failed to deliver the agreed recap, we will refund the invoiced fee in full using the same off-site method that was used to pay, once we confirm the work was not supplied.

If you change your mind before work starts

If you cancel by email or phone before research has started, we will not invoice, or we will refund any payment already taken for that unstarted briefing.

If work has already been written

Once a recap has been sent to you, the time is spent. We do not refund because a drop window moved after publication, because a cover treatment disappointed you, or because a third-party platform changed a listing. We will correct a factual error in a follow-up note at no extra charge when we introduced the error.

What this policy does not cover

This policy does not cover purchases you make on Veve, on an exchange, or in a comic shop. Those sellers have their own rules. The local tracking utility does not take payment through these pages.
